The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District is issuing a Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source the procurement of two (2) deployable Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) oxygen (O2) generators, model DOCS 1500-5B (Deployable Oxygen Concentration System, 1500 LPM, 5 PSIG, 460 VAC, 60 Hz, 3 Phase), from Pacific Consolidated Industries (PCI), located in Riverside, California. PCI is the original manufacturer and the data required for this purchase is proprietary to them. Alternate item proposals will not be considered for this procurement.
