This acquisition will be unrestricted, an invitation for Bid, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Description/Scope: Project repairs trainee barracks Building 17 Sections G & H at Fort Moore, GA. Repairs include exterior walls, windows, fire suppression and alarm, interior walls, doors, insulation, interior finishes, floors, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, building controls, electrical, communications, elevator, and sitework. Includes demolition necessary to allow for the repairs and HAZMAT and asbestos abatement. Period of Performance: 700 Calendar Days In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.00 Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured via FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding Procedures.
