Sources Sought | Market Survey for Proj No.: 124975, USDA ARS Laboratory at Tifton, Georgia. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting market research to identify potential parties having interest in and capability of performing construction services for the construction of the Southeast Watershed Research Laboratory’s Laboratory/Office Building located in Tifton, Georgia. The Laboratory Facility is a 14,000 square footprint, three story building with an overall lab square footage of 46,008 that will be located on a 5.25-acre site. The project site is located west of the intersection of Moore Hwy and Davis Rd on the north side of the City of Tifton. The existing site and surrounding areas are fully developed with asphalt parking areas, access roads, buildings, site utilities, and grassed/landscaped areas.
