The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the services of an Architect-Engineer (A-E) firm for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC), set aside for one (1) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Competition for this contract is limited to SDVOSB procurement in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act, as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. These A-E services are intended to support the renovation and modernization of the Department of Veteran?s Affairs Medical Center Complex in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The work will mainly support the structural and non-structural seismic upgrades to the ten (10) buildings of the complex. This work may require complex construction phasing and swing space requirements, preparation of reports, studies, project planning, design criteria, drawings and specifications, cost estimates, topographical surveys, GIS and mapping services, hazardous materials and asbestos surveys, geotechnical services, graphical and computerized static and moving renderings, space/ utilization studies, requirements analysis, planning charrettes, master plans, area development plans, capital investment strategies, transportation improvement studies, infrastructure capacity analysis, LEED certification, application of VA Physical Security Design Manual requirements, medical equipment planning, and other general A-E services for multi-disciplined new construction and renovation projects. *Visit 'https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=W912HN22R2003' to obtain more details.*
