The basic service objective under this sources sought is to establish a requirements-type contract to provide 24-hour response to spills, site preparation, collect disposal samples, impacted media removal, and disposal of environmental media including cleanup wastes shall be taken off site, site restoration and confirmation sampling, removal of contaminants from water, and emergency response in support of the Ft Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan and the DPW Environmental Division, Environmental Prevention & Compliance Branch to facilitate successful implementation of the environmental management program. Additionally, in support of this program, Hazardous Waste and Operations Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Training shall be provided to DPW staff.
