Title of Requirement: Dissolved Oxygen Injection System, Permanent Diffuser Installation Description of Requirement: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, is requesting the procurement of dive services and install seventeen (17) Government Furnished TideFlex duckbill diffusers at to two (2) DO facilities located at Uperriver Dissolved Oxygen plant on 975 Old Augusta Road Central, Rincon, GA 31326 and Down river plant on 39-COE Hutchinson Island Road, Savannah, GA 31401.
