NAICS: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Size Standard: $39.5M This synopsis is for the PN: 90737, Repair TBUP Building 399 Phase 2, Fort Benning GA . This acquisition is being offered as a Full and Open Competition and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Description of Work: The Purpose of this contract will be for the repairs of the failed and failing systems of Building 399 Sections B & C at Fort Benning, GA. Repairs include exterior walls, windows, fire protection, interior walls, doors, interior finishes, floors, ceilings, plumbing, HVAC, building controls, electrical, communications, building information systems, site utilities, and minor parking improvements. Includes demolition necessary to allow for the repairs, HAZMAT and asbestos abatement. Repairs will adhere to the 2012 revised Army Standard for Unaccompanied Enlisted Personel Housing (UEPH). This includes Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility to the building, to the lobby area and unit configuration allowing one soldier per room. The work is located in Chattahoochee County, Georgia. Period of Performance: 540 calendar days. Pursuant to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 236.204, the magnitude for this project is between $25M and $100M Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured using FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding Procedures.
