The Savannah District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is requesting information regarding the market capabilities of potential contractors that can perform construction of a Battalion Headquarter, at Fort Benning, Georgia. This request does not obligate the Government in any way to post a Request for Proposal or award a contract. Information received will be considered for the purpose of market research and determining how to best move forward with the procurement. Work may include but not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, special equipment, and material to fulfill the requirement of this Contract. Battalion Headquarter is a (92,000 Square Ft.) including with a 27,000 SF of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Facility will address the interiors, life/safety, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and utility systems necessary for a new facility. This includes Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility to the building. Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) includes new fire suppression and water supply systems, fire alarm and mass notification system, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, telecommunication, and cabling systems. New site work includes storm drainage, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. The potential magnitude for this requirement is estimated Between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 Million dollars.
