Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Complex Barracks Phase 3: The project consist of construction of a 139,392 GSF Cyber Instructional Facility & Network Center and includes a standard design Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level Automation-Aided Instructional area consisting of classrooms, instructional labs, instructor offices, conference/counseling rooms, administrative spaces, separate student and staff break areas, student records storage, Research Center, central storage, computer maintenance area, and Network Ops/Digital Training Repository. Non-standard spaces include a secure video teleconferencing center and secure kiosk area. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, secure information systems, landscaping and signage. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by connection to the existing energy plant.
