Tyndall Reconstruction MATOC Holders are as follows: Archer Western Federal JV BL Harbert International Hensel Phelps Construction JE Dunn Turner Construction Current project is Zone 10, Tyndall Dorms Complex. This project includes design and construction of two new dormitories at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. The facilities are five stories each and will house permanent party personnel. The new facilities will provide dorm rooms, administration support spaces, and common areas such as community activity spaces, theater/meeting rooms, small kitchenette, storage, laundry rooms, and private offices. Parking will be provided adjacent to the buildings. The project includes all utilities, site improvements, pavements, detection/protection features, security enhancements and other supporting work necessary to make a complete and usable facility. Includes options for the procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, audio visual equipment, and gunshot detection equipment.
