This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICTATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be procured as Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.5M. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. Title of Requirement: Identifying Trees for Removal or Crown Reductions from Property at Dobbins, Air Reserve Base. Description of Requirement: Request for tree survey off base properties Dobbins Air Reserve Base. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform the task. Submission Requirements: Fill out pages 2-10, provide submission requirements identified in Section C in the Performance Work Statement, fill out the representations at FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26, and return via email to Fabiola.Ducelus@usace.army.mil by 4 September 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Basis for Award: The award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible, responsive quote, with a responsibility determination that meets or exceeds the product specifications.
