This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICTATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be procured as Unrestricted-Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code is 517312 with a size standard of 1500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. Title of Requirement: RTK Annual Subscription for Hydrographic Survey, Savannah, Georgia. Description of Requirement: Request for cellular delivered RTK correction service with two login/subscription accounts or ability to use two rover units simultaneously compatible with CMRx, CMR+, RTCM v2.3, RTCM v3.1 or RTCM v3.2 MSM via NTRIP. Less than 2cm horizontal accuracy required, with instant or near instant convergence time.. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform the task. This is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, and FAR 9.104. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
