The NAICS Code is 333131 with a size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. Title of Requirement: Sonic Drill Head Replacement Description of Requirement: The Hydrographic Survey Section for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, Operations Division in an effort to prevent a failure without a plan for the exchange of your Sonic Head 029 which now has over 1000 oscillating hours, and help you single source a Terra Sonic Head for your TSi 150CC (TS-1175). Submission Requirements: Fill out pages 2-3 of the attached and return via email to HECTOR.L.SIERRAALMEDINA@usace.army.mil by 30 April 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Please CC Whittni C. Hiscox at Whittni.C.Hiscox@usace.army.mil. Basis for Award: The Government intends to sole source this requirement to Terra Sonic International, LLC. However, if another firm is able to provide the same products, the award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible, responsive quote, with a responsibility determination that meets or exceeds the product specifications. This is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, and FAR 9.104. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
