This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICTATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be Unrestricted – full and open competition. The NAICS Code is 334511 with a size standard of 1250 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. Title of Requirement: Multibeam Sonar Head Repair Description of Requirement: Repair the R2 Sonic 2024 multibeam sonar head to include the replacement of the project, receive array, deck lead cable and control board. Submission Requirements: Fill out and return pages 2-6 of this document. Quotes should be emailed to Amy.L.Collins@usace.army.mil by 6 April 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Please CC Whittni C. Basis for Award: The award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible, responsive quote, with a responsibility determination that meets or exceeds the product specifications.
