Project objective is to renovate Rodriguez CDC, Building B-7033 at Ft Bragg. The renovation consists of demolition of existing grass surface. The new work consists of sediment and erosion control measures, and grading and modifications to the existing storm drain runoff as shown on the drawings. Also, the civil work includes the addition of concrete aprons, curbing, parking patching as indicated on the drawings. The Structural and architectural work consists of a repair to a 20,833 square foot, slab on grade building. Demolition to consist of removing some exterior doors and windows, most of the interior floor slab, all interior partitions, and all ceilings. The repair to the roof will include patching the existing roof deck from the removal of HVAC equipment, a new modified bituminous cold applied roof on the low slope portion, and a new metal roof on the sloped portion. The repair to the exterior to consist of the infill of door/windows installation of new doors/windows, and new exterior wall partitions. The repair to the interior of the building will include all new partitions per the new CDC layout, all new interior finishes, and new restrooms as indicated on the drawings. Other spaces included are a mechanical room, communications room, video room, storage rooms, and an electrical room.
