This synopsis is for the Construction of a new Company Operations Facility (COF). This acquisition is being offered as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Description of Work: Construct new Company Operations Facility (COF), Ft. Benning, GA. Constructs interior administrative and office spaces, to include walls, ceiling, lighting, windows, doors, fire alarm, fire suppression, latrines, HVAC system, electrical, plumbing, communications rooms, mechanical rooms, and storage closets. Includes sitework, erosion control, grading, storm drainage, site utilities, and paving. Includes the demolition of the existing COF in order to construct the new COF at the same site. . The work is located in Chattahoochee County, Georgia. Period of Performance: 680 Calendar days Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FARS) 36.204, the magnitude for this project is between $1.0 million (M) and $5M. Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured using FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding Procedures. Note: This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and is anticipated to be available on or about July 15, 2020. Please note that the bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided.
