Please be advised Letter of Surety may be recieved after submission of proposals. However, proposals must be submitted by 3 March 2020 @ 1400 (EST) 1/30/2020-Amendment 1: Extend the proposal due date from 18 Febuary 2020 to 3 March 2020 and to attach Appendix A. This is a competitive acquisition for the award of an Indefinite Delivery Contract type Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with a total capacity of $49M. Task Orders issued under this SATOC will be Indefinite Quantity for work performed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. The award will be made from this solicitation using 100% small business set-aside competition. The Government will use a best value, Trade-off process , IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-1 when evaluating Offerors proposals. The proposal of the successful Offeror shall be incorporated by reference upon award of contract. The award contract will be for a base period of two (2) years with three (3) one-year options. Task orders issued under this SATOC will be firm-fixed price.
