Purchase one 4-ton single phase air conditioning unit with heat pump to be installed in Jadwin Building parking garage and air handler on the ground floor. Installation will include drain lines, electrical service disconnects, and emergency float switches. All units are to be compatible with exisitng ductwork, connections, and infrastructures not included with the new units.
