Pence, Inc. (W912HN-20-D-4002) Military & Federal Construction Company (W912HN-20-D-4003) Windamir Development Inc. (W912HN-20-D-4004) Brief Description of the Scope of Work: The job includes all labor, material, equipment, incidentals, supervision and transportation required to Repair Barracks, D-3026and to perform complete renovation and upgrades to the building to meet current Army Standards. All work shall be performed in accordance with UFC 1-200-01 (DOD Building Code) and UFC 1-200-02 (High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements), as amended by more stringent requirements in this SOW, as well as the contract specifications, manufacturer’s specifications and published recommendations. Work performed under this task order shall be completed by or supervised by discipline specific licensed contractors. The work shall comply with the latest edition of all published guidance: Federal, U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), Department of the Army, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Unified Facility Criteria (UFC), the Fort Bragg Installation Design Guide (IDG), as well as EM 385-1-1 safety and environmental protection laws, regulations, rules, and codes, current as of the date of the award of the contract.
