This solicitation is only for the contractors that are part of the following MATOC Pool: W912HN17D4000-W912HN17D4003 McFarland Atlantic Construction, LLC. MIRADOR-NASCO JV Turner Strategic Technologies, LLC. Bristol General Contractors, LLC. This project upgrades/replace the existing two pipe fan coil units, boilers, pumps, makeup air units, mini-splits, and piping with a new system for building 2-1105. The project will upgrade DDC controls and tie the system back into the UMCS. The project will tie the HVAC systems into the existing ground source heat pump water system.
