MIRADOR-NASCO JV Turner Strategic Technologies, LLC Bristol General Contractors, LLC This project will upgrade the building level chiller plant serving the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM)/United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Headquarters (HQ's) and the Installation Process Node (IPN) facility. The proposed construction will install new chiller plant efficiency software; upgrade the cooling tower; add a modulating valve for the heat exchanger (HX) along with associated piping and install a rooftop chiller modulating valve to tie in the existing rooftop air-cooled chiller into the main cooling loop. The project will recommission the host Utility Management Control System (UMCS).
