This solicitation is for members of a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC IDIQ) consisting of the following Contractors: W912HN17D3000 - David Boland Inc. W912HN17D3001 - Drace Anderson Joint Venture W912HN17D3002 - Fortis SBJV, LLC W912HN17D3003 - Sand Point Services, LLC Proposals from any other offeror will not be considered. The job includes all labor, material, equipment, incidentals, supervision and transportation required to Repair Barracks, H-4445 and H5748 to perform miscellaneous upgrades to the building to meet current Army standard and upgrading life safety and functionality by adding an egress space by use of a courtyard infill. All work shall be performed in accordance with UFC 1-200-01 (DOD Building Code) and UFC 1-200-02 (High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements), as amended by more stringent requirements in this SOW, as well as the contract specifications, manufacturer’s specifications and published recommendations. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, supervision and administration to complete the following tasks in the assigned areas as noted below: NOTE: Contractor shall adhere to the most CURRENT Building Codes, Regulations, Guidelines, and Industry Standards in the performance of this project. The specifications provided are not all that are required for the full performance of the job, the specifications provided in Appendices are the Installation Design Guide Standards to guide major features of work. The contractor is responsible for tailoring UFGS guide specifications using Specs intact and incorporating the Installation Design Guide Standards into the tailored project specific UFGS guide specifications for the project.
