Benning, Georgia. This acquisition is being offered as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract Award. Description of Work: Repair Hanger 301 to comply with current life-safety standards and correct facility deterioration. Repair existing offices, repairs arch interior and exterior finishes & roof, floors, walls, ceilings, fire alarm, fire suppression, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, building controls, electrical, communications, etc. Supporting facilities include site demolition and repaving, adjust utilities (electrical, water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, and information systems), and other site improvements. The work is located in Ft. Benning, Chattahoochee County, Georgia. Period of Performance: 540 Calendar days Pursuant to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS) 236.204, the magnitude for this project is between $10.0 million (M) and $25M. Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured using FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding Procedures. Note: This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and is anticipated to be available on or about May 29, 2020. Please note that the bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. Any prospective Offeror must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. After completing SAM registration, interested Contractors and their subcontractors must then register at https://beta.sam.gov in order to obtain solicitation documents, plans and specifications for this solicitation. Contractors that have an existing account should be able to use their existing logins to search for the solicitation number once it is released at https://beta.sam.gov.
