The Sierra Army Depot is selling approximately 400 tons of scrap cardboard bales (230 tons currently, plus an estimated 150 tons over one year) to be removed from its facility. The contractor must remove the first truckload within 7 business days of the contract start and then on an as-needed basis for one year. A 20% deposit is due within 5 calendar days of the contract start, with full payment required via company/cashier’s check or money order prior to any removal. All services are to be performed at the Sierra Army Depot, and the contractor is responsible for all freight costs and losses. This is an all-or-nothing sale where the winning bidder is contractually obligated to pay for and remove all material.
