This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 811310. The related small business size standard is $12.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
