The Army intends to award one firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is solicited as SMALL Business and will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 332912. The related business size standard is 1,000 employees. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote USING Standard Form (SF) 1449, which all be considered.
