Army Contracting Command - Sierra Army Depot is issuing a solicitation notice for a three-year, firm fixed price indefinite delivery contract for Contract Working Dog team services. Provide two civilian contract working dogs and a handler(s). One dog will be primarily used for narcotics detection (NDD). One dog will be primarily used for explosives detection (EDD). The contractor shall be responsible for all replacement of any dog, boarding expenses, maintaining all equipment necessary for boarding, transportation, training of narcotic and/or explosive detector working dogs, and veterinarian expenses. Set-Aside: This procurement will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561612, the small business standard is $29M. Solicitation Information: All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The anticipated award date is January 18, 2024. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
