This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Sierra Army Depot has a supply requirement for BUOY PAINT to consist of Epoxy, Hardners, and Polysiloxane Paint in various colors. This Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Full and Open Competition. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing 7 days prior to the closing of the solicitation by email. All answers will be posted to contract opportunities SAM.gov 7 days prior to the closing of the solicitation for all vendors to see. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted to this website.
