This procurement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 333517. The related small business size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 & 13.5, Small Business Set Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed to Attn: Heidi Young where the answer will be posted to SAM.gov 7 days prior to the closing of this solicitation. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Quotes shall be clear, concise, and shall include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and for substantiating the validity of the stated claims. The quote should not simply rephrase or restate the Governments’ requirements, but shall address how the Offeror intends to meet these requirements. Brochures and cutsheets that describe the item being quoted are encouraged. In order to evaluate each quote, it is necessary that each offeror respond to all items in the same order as presented herein. Quotes shall be organized with sections appropriately identified.
