Contractor shall provide a three year warranty on all equipment running Millenium software. Services shall include all upgrades, bug fixes, patch remedies, security updates, and version upgrades to software and databases, and access to technical support. The contractor shall conduct one annual site visit, for two days’ duration, as required by customers.
