The Government requests quotes for, and intends to purchase: Key Equipment This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses shall be provided via email submission of responses shall not be accepted unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Minimum Requirements: CLIN 0001 Key Cutting Machine Machine needs to be able to automatically cut high-security keys, standard automotive keys, commercial keys, residential keys, dimple keys, tubular keys, double sided keys, and steel flat keys. Be capable of engraving. CLIN 0002 Key Code Machine Must be able to generate a key by the code number. Make a key by manufacturer. Store previously cut keys in a Database. Lookup and originate vehicle and motorcycle keys by make, model and year. Able to duplicate and cut cylinder keys by code. CLIN 0003 Key Programmer Program transponder keys proximity & remote keyless entry. Electric 120v main plug for charging. Compatible with Smart Aerial. Price Quote shall include: a. Completed price schedule for all CLINS on the Cost/Price Schedule. b. Include literature, cut sheets, or product specifications meeting or exceeding those specified in the solicitation. c. Quotes shall be valid for 90 days after closing of Solicitation. d. Include shipping or freight costs within the price of the item. Quotes shall be clear, concise, and shall include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and for substantiating the validity of the stated claims. The quote should not simply rephrase or restate the Governments’ requirements but shall address how the Offeror intends to meet these requirements. Elaborate brochures or documentation, binding, detailed artwork, or other embellishments are unnecessary and are not desired. In order to evaluate each quote, it is necessary that each offeror respond to all items in the same order as presented herein.
