The solicitation will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and solicited as Set- Aside 100% Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 332912. The related small business size is standards 1,000 employees. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote USING Standard Form (SF) 1449, which all be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
