This is not a request for competitive proposals. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal intends to solicit a Time and Materials contract for a Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS) at Sierra Army Depot. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to operate a COPARS. The COPARS shall procure, store, and issue: i). vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement parts; ii). Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) parts; and iii). Building maintenance and repair parts. This will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals once the solicitation is released. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A solicitation will be released by the Government at a future date. Requests for information should be sent to Mr. Rory G.
