Sierra Army Depot Painting Directorate has a requirement for a virtual reality paint training system and a developed training program that trains to the CARC military standard MIL-DTL-53072F. Contractor will provide hardware, software, system set-up, train the trainer training, training program that is designed to comply with MIL-DTL-53072F, technical support, and supply and manage training certifications for each trainee. Contractor must provide 3D models of military equipment that the trainee can practice painting. Reference the attached Statement of Work for more details. At this time Sierra Army Depot is NOT looking for proposals or quotes. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal or Request for Quote and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Responses to this RFI are due 16 June 2020 10am PST. Response are to be sent to Heidi.m.young.civ@mail.mil Further action on this anticipated requirement will be determined following review of the responses from this RFI. At this time we are only looking for sources or capability sheets to provide the minimum requirements listed in the SOW.
