Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is soliciting a small business set-aside, firm-fixed price and time and materials contract for Inspection, Test, and Maintenance of Fire Protection (ITM) Systems at Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) for 1 base year and 2 options years. Expectation is for qualified contract personnel to perform scheduled ITM tasks on Fire Suppression which includes Wet Pipe, Dry Pipe, Dry Chemical, Wet Chemical and Clean Agent systems. There are one-hundred forty-nine (149) water-based fire suppression systems throughout sixty-one (61) different facilities.
