Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal intends to solicit a mixed Time and Materials, Firm Fixed-Price contract for contractor maintenance, repair, inspection and fire certification on roll up, single sliding, motorized, and fire rated doors located at Sierra Army Depot (SIAD). This will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals once the solicitation is released. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A solicitation will be released by the Government at a future date. Requests for information should be sent to Mr. Rory G.
