The Army intends to award one firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. This procurement is being solicited as set aside 100% Small Business. The solicitation will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 333912. The related small business size is standards in number of employees 1,000. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quatation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may may submit a quote USING Standard Form (SF) 1449, which all be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Questions shall include reference to the RFQ number in the subject line. Questions must be received a minimum of seven (7) business days before the closing date listed in the RFQ. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website.
