Sierra Army Depot, located in Herlong, CA has a requirement for a contractor to provide motor graders w/ ripper and water tender. Delivery to begin approximatley 30 days after award, or around 20 March 2020. The Army intends to award one firm-fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 333120 Construction machinery manufacturing . The small business size standard is 1250 employees. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.204-7; Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Past Performance Questionaire - The Offeror must submit at least three (3), but not more than five (5) references.
