Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) has a requirement for personnel and materials necessary to operate a Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS) at SIAD. This requirement directly supports the SIAD Motor Pool and Facilities Equipment Maintenance Division (FEMD) and will provide for the rapid delivery of necessary vehicle; Heating, Ventiation and Cooling (HVAC); and building/structure repair and maintenance parts. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The effort will consist of three ordering years.
