Army Contracting Command - Sierra Army Depot is issuing a solicitation for a five year, firm fixed price indefinite delivery contract for aggregate of various sizes (¾” base rock, 1½” base rock, 3” base rock, 6” base rock, 3/8” washed pea gravel, 3/8” washed chip rock), railroad ballast #4 AREMA 2” x 3”, and hot mix asphalt to be delivered to locations within Sierra Army Depot (SIAD). This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS 327992, the small business standard is 500 employees. Interested vendors may submit a quote no later than 2:00 PM PST on 10 September 2021. Quotes should be sent to Ms. Rhonda Long, rhonda.a.long.civ@mail.mil. A responsive quote to this solicitation consists of: a) Fully completed solicitation (SF 1449) (minus CLIN Pricing?See item b below) with all clause fill?ins completed. b) Fully completed Quote Sheet (See Attachment 1). c) Fully completed Past Performance Questionnaires (at least three completed questionnaires are required but no more than 5 may be submitted) (See Attachment 2). If an Offeror has any questions concerning this solicitation, it is recommended that they be submitted in writing no later than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Questions received after that time may not receive a response.
