This combined Synopsis/Solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), five year requirements contract for Sierra Army Depot (SIAD). The award will be for contractor/awardee to furnish Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) paint products that comply with all Department of Defense (DoD) requirement and allow the SIAD Paint Shop the ability to manage paint locally and keep paint inventory aligned with forecast productions.
