If the company has managed Wood Removal Chip and Haul Service accounts, what is the highest dollar value contract that has been managed? 11. Annually SIAD could generate up to 1,500 tons per a year. However, 1,500 tons is not guaranteed. Is your company currently capable of meeting ALL of the requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 0001)? If not, please state which areas you are unable to meet. 12. Even though the schedule is not yet finalized, is there anything that would prevent you from being able to work the hours identified within the PWS? Are there any days during the week that you would not be able to perform the services? 13. Do you have experience working on a Government facility? 14. List the type of industrial equipment used in the wood chip and haul process (make, model, etc.)? What is your dimensional lumber chip and haul capacity in tonnage for a 9 hour day? Does your chipper meet the standards identified in the PWS? 15. SIAD could generate up to 1,500 tons a year howver their is no guarantee. Would you have to increase your staff in order to complete all of the service actions in the PWS up to twice a year? 16. If you were awarded a contract to perform the Wood Removal Chip and Haul Service, how long after contract award would you need to phase in your strategy and begin work? 17.
