The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District seeks a contractor for a Firm-Fixed-Price Design-Bid-Build contract to construct a base perimeter security fence and patrol road at Rygge Air Station, Norway. The work includes a Type A welded wire mesh fence with barbed wire, an unpaved security road, and supporting site development. The estimated construction cost is between $5,000,000 and $15,000,000. The Government will use a best value trade-off source selection process for award. The solicitation is anticipated for release on or about mid-March 2026.
