This opportunity is for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Secure Facility construction, repair, and maintenance throughout Europe. The contract covers design-bid-build and design-build projects, including SCIF construction, Electronic Security Systems, and force protection work, often with time-critical and sensitive requirements. Performance of services will be for US Forces and/or Facilities throughout Europe. The contract is open only to U.S. firms or U.S. joint ventures, who must have or be able to obtain a Facility Clearance (FCL) from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. Offerors must also meet specific Italian certification requirements (S.O.A. and Antimafia documentation) for work performed in Italy.
