The Request for Proposal (RFP) provides parameters for a design-build project for the demolition of two small housing units and the construction of a facility in Skriveri, Latvia.Demolish existing Nursing Homes #6 and #7 and construct a new single-story, concrete masonry building with sloped roof that will serve as nursing Home for up to sixteen (16) people. The new Nursing Home will assist senior citizens and provide sixteen single bedrooms. A group of four (4) bedrooms will form a unit that will share a bathroom, a toilet room and a common room with kitchenette.The project includes the following general items of work, detailed requirements are contained elsewhere in this Statement of Work:a.
