The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the construction of a base perimeter security fence and patrol road at Rygge Air Station, Norway. The project scope includes the fence, signage, clear zones, a gravel patrol road, and supporting site work. The estimated construction budget is between $5,000,000 and $15,000,000. The Government will use a best value trade-off source selection process for award. The solicitation is anticipated for release on or about mid-March 2026, with a pre-proposal site visit expected at the end of March 2026.
