The United States Army Corps of Engineers Europe District is procuring an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity multiple-award task-order contract (MATOC) for environmental compliance and hazardous materials/waste management services across Europe in support of EUCOM, IMCOM-E, USAREUR-AF, and other DoD entities. Work will primarily occur at IMCOM-E and USAREUR-AF installations. Anticipate a 5-year ordering period to begin on the date of award. This pre-solicitation notice will be followed by a request for proposal to be posted on or around November 24, 2025 on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment website at https://piee.eb.mil. The solicitation will be issued, and the awards will be selected, in accordance with FAR Part 15 and 16.5.
