The primary locations for service performance are Germany, Poland, and Belgium, with additional potential work in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Denmark, Romania, Italy, and Hungary. The services will support U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects by supplementing design information and aiding construction. The acquisition is not set aside for small businesses.
