ATTENTION ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: We have issued amendment W912GB25R00410001 to update the Statement of Work (SOW) with the version dated 11 June 2025, aligned the CLIN structures and extended descriptions with the revised SOW, added Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0005, Option 3, for Design and Construct Water Well, and extended the Solicitation Due Date to 03 July 2025, at 10:00 CEST. The Request for Proposal (RFP) provides parameters f or a design-build project for construction of a new school facility in Oyem, Gabon; Latitude 1°34'28.88"N, Longitude 11°33'10.89"E (Ref er to the attached Location Map.) This project w ill provide tw o (2) new classroom buildings w ith a rainw ater collection systems and separate ventilated improved pit (VIP) latrines on a fenced school compound. The design and construction must follow all applicable host nation codes and standards. The project includes the following general items of work, detailed requirements are contained elsewhere in this Statement of Work: a. Clear, grub, and grade the site b. Construct new facility consisting of tw o classroom buildings, pit latrines and a rainw ater collection system c. Provide new access road and parking lot d. Provide new perimeter fence e. Provide concrete apron around the buildings f. Provide two concrete ramps to access each school building g. Provide sloping concrete pad in the area of w ater tank h. Provide power and lighting throughout This is a full and open procurement. NAICS code is 236220. Size Standard is $45,000,000.
