The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for Professional Italian Safety Coordinator Services. The services must be performed in accordance with specific Italian laws and are not considered Brooks Act architectural-engineering services. The work will be performed in conjunction with selected construction contracts and task orders in Italy.
